This tallboy has been painted in Craig and Rose, ‘Zeitgeist’ and dark waxed to protect. Drawer fronts have been stripped and also finished in dark wax to deepen the grain. The whole piece has been blow-torched to give a darker, two tone finish and preserve the wood. The drawers feature a hidden top section which opens to store trinkets. This has been painted to match the rest of the casement and a small floral design has been laser engraved on to both sides of the mirror. Gunmetal cup handles have been added to complete the look and give a real industrial feel to this piece.
